The Future Skills assessment, it’s a simple online test that takes about 20 minutes to complete. The assessment is based on a number of questions and there are no right or wrong answers. You can’t fail the assessment – just be honest, and don’t overthink your answers in order to get the most out of your results.

We’ve identified four main personas, when it comes to innovating. Knowing which one is your natural style, will help you leverage your strengths and work more efficiently within a team.

Based on the work of futurists, researchers and future-thinking companies such as IDEO, The World Economic Forum and The Economist, we’ve identified 21 Future Skills. These are highly-desirable skills for the future of work, including empathy, creativity and the ability to make a decision with incomplete information.

MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON INCOMPLETE INFORMATION
